James Harvey "Jamie" Kennedy (born May 25, 1970) is an American stand-up comedian, television producer, screenwriter, and actor. He is best known for playing Randy Meeks in the horror film series, Scream. He plays Simon Drake in Mostly Ghostly: One Night in Doom House. He also plays Phears when he possessed Simon.
